Our Toolmaking Division specialises in the production of larger plastic injection moulds to suit our substantial moulding facility. These are built for both our own proprietary products and under contract for other companies for which we undertake injection moulding. Additionally, we do some repetition work on our CNC Lathes and Machining Centres.
The facility is sited alongside our Plastic Injection Moulding Department allowing for a one stop shop approach delivering a clients concept right through to reality. This has given us a wealth of experience in all facets of production, allowing our skilled team to value add to our customer’s products while minimising delays due to modifications or breakdowns.
Using the benefits of a state of the art CAD/CAM system, we are able to enhance all tool and product design. We are committed to achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
