Our Plastic Injection Moulding Division specialises in medium to large plastic injection mouldings encompassing most plastics from the polyolefins through to the more demanding engineering plastics including polyurethane. New machines are purchased for the reliable supply of product to our local, interstate and international customers.
We have 15 machines predominately in the 400 to 1500 tonne clamp range allowing us to produce substantial mouldings such as our largest tray at length of 2.4 metres.
By maximising the use of our skilled Toolmaking Division, we are able to maintain a reliable supply of products at a consistent quality. Additionally it gives us the ability to take customers' enquiries and ideas from a concept through to a reality. Our overriding ethos is to work with our clients to achieve superior outcomes, by taking as much interest in their products as we do in our own. To enhance this further, we prefer to undertake work in those sectors that we already have considerable experience, this minimises the chances of unforeseen problems.
